Mo-Jo x Woodlander Rockstar
We are understandably very excited about our first foal due next year. Woodlander Rockstar, ridden by Maria Eilberg
and this year’s Medium National Champion is an exception young stallion whose competitive career goes from strength
to strength. Combining Molly’s classic performance bloodlines with the exceptional blood of Rubinstein and Sandro on
Rockstar’s side is sure to produce a very exciting foal.
Posh Spice x Groomsbridge May I
So pleased were we with our May I foal this year, we have put Leah back in foal to him again, and are hoping for a
filly this time to add to our broodmare herd! This cross, combining sound, tough thoroughbred bloodlines with a pinch
of warmblood from Fleetwater Opposition on Leah’s side is exactly what we strive for in producing eventers giving
movement, stamina, temperament and reliability.
Ell Bee Bee x Vagebont
We have used Vagebont on Phoebe this year partly prompted by the aptitude he has shown towards eventing. We have high
hopes for his future career, and putting this cross – the sound, good tempered warmblood onto a quality thoroughbred
mare is just what you need to produce the modern eventer.
Classic Juan x Maximillian Saluut x Demonstrator
Our first foal of the year, and a first foal for Mo-Jo was a stunning bay colt by Classic Juan. We are thrilled with what Mo-Jo has produced,
and have very high hopes for this chap. He has a superb temperament, excellent topline, and correct expressive movement.
Elroon x Spring Dive x Shoenburg
Our second colt of 2009 and sadly an arrival tinged with sadness, as we lost the foal's mother, Maybelle the day after he was born. Thankfully a
foster mare was found quickly, and took him under her wing, with the result that he is thriving and is blossoming into a stunning foal. Bold and
confident, and with beautiful movement, this will definately be one for the dressage arena and is a wonderful reminder to us of his mother.
Groomsbridge May I (xx) x Fleetwater Opposition x Hotfoot (xx)
Another maiden mare for us this year, and Posh Spice has produced a stunning foal by Groomsbridge May I. Tommy, as he is known at home,
is eyecatching and correct, with paces that eat up the ground, boding well for the eventing career he has been bred for. We are so
pleased with him, Posh Spice will return to May I this year for a 2010 foal.
Don Ricoss x Criminal Law (xx) x Riberetto (xx)
Ell Bee Bee is a new addition to our broodmare herd, and has produced just what we ordered! A stunning black filly, with
extravagant paces. 'Milly' will probably be retained and eventually join our breeding herd.
