Welcome to Touchwood Stud

Welcome to the website for Touchwood Stud, a professional stud and AI centre located in The Cotswolds, with good access to the A40, A34, M4 and M5.

Formed by husband and wife combination Dave and Gemma Austin, the stud provides a full range of services including broodmare, stallion and youngstock livery, foaling down, AI packages, grading and sale preparation.

Our AI centre is fully equipped, and we offer packages for walk in collections, dummy mare training and mares to be AI'd to any stallion of your choice, as well as a detailed service for those with sub-fertile/problem mares and stallions.

Our own breeding program concentrates on producing quality sportshorses, with the temperament, ability and conformation needed to succeed at the highest level of competition.

We pride ourselves on giving an unrivalled personal service; we tailor packages to suit and make sure your horses are given one to one care and attention. A calm, quiet environment with professional handling allows horses to settle and relax, and we always endeavour to meet all individual requests and requirements, no matter how big or small, giving you the peace of mind that your mare will be treated as one of our own - no horse is just a number here.
