Mojo
Mo-jo is a British Warmblood Society (BWBS) registered 16.1hh bay mare. Known as Molly at home,
she had a successful showjumping career before coming to us to begin her life as a broodmare. An excellent,
loose mover with a first class temperament, Molly is a valuable addition to our broodmare herd, and will go
for grading this Autumn. Molly has impeccable bloodlines on both her sire and dam sire and an excellent
dual purpose pedigree. She also graded into the Hanovarian main studbook in 2008.
Her dam is the Grade B showjumping mare Dark Ember. Dark Ember is by the world famous Grand Prix dressage
stallion Demonstrator. 100 day performance tested and graded with both the British Warmblood Society (BWBS)
and British Hanovarian Horse Society (BHHS), Demonstrator is one of the most successful and influential
performance horse sires of recent times.
Molly's sire is the 100 day performance tested Holstein stallion, Maximillian Saluut. Graded with the British
Warmblood Society (BWBS), the Anglo European Studbook (AES), and Sport Horse Breeding (SHB) GB, and a Grand Prix
showjumper, Saluut is widely acknowledged as one of the most successful dual purpose performance stallions of
recent times having had offspring selected for both dressage and showjumping at Olympic level. His grandsire
is the legendary showjumping stallion Ramiro.
In 2009, Molly produced a superb colt as her first foal, Touchwood Classic Jollian. He gained a BEF showjumping
First Premium and qualified for the Hanovarian Championship show at Addington.
